Our products are warranted for manufacturing defects for one year. For North America consumers, return any defected unit to the North America service center as noted below, along with proof of purchase. Please email the service center first prior to return the unit for servicing.
Defects due to the following reasons are considered out of warranty and charges will apply:
1. Over the one year warranty period;
2. Drop of breakage or due to any mishandling by customers; 3. Opened or repaired by non-approved technician.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Scratches, dirt, stain, broken glass or broken parts.
2. Normal wear and tear.
If the unit needs to be mailed for service, make sure it is packed in its original packaging or very well cushioned. Cost of freight must be prepaid. (You may send via post office or by UPS ground). Please write a note about the problems along with returning address, telephone number, fax, email and proof of purchase. You will be notified if there are any charges. We shall return the unit via UPS ground upon completion of servicing.
