If, during 30 days from the invoice date, you are not completely satisfied with your watch winder, watch case or watch purchase, please e-mail us and let us know if you would like a credit, refund or exchange. We will issue a credit, refund or exchange for the full amount minus shipping and handling charges. Please note: if you purchased merchandise during a "Free Shipping" promotion, you will be accountable for the shipping and handling charges that would have normally been charged without the promotion. A Return Merchandise Authorize (RMA) number is required for all credits/refunds/exchanges. In order to receive an RMA number, you will need to send an e-mail to "custservice@worldtimepieces" and provide your order number, contact/e-mail information and reason for the return. We cannot issue a credit, refund or exchange without this RMA number. All returned merchandise must be in "new" condition along with the original packing materials, accessories and instruction manual to World Timepieces and will either issue a credit, refund or exchange depending upon your choice.
